As a personal challenge involving color palettes, I created a series of illustrations with random themes, while sticking to a set of only 5 colors.
With only a handful of options to choose from, I could focus instead on the concept and story of each piece. I found out that limited color options ended up helping me to maintain a balanced mood to each illustration.
The color sets for the project were taken from coolors.co or instagram accounts such as mr.pugo and colours.cafe.
